Kurrent Affair does not support any of the Content on the Site, and it does not make any recommendations or endorsements of any kind, either. This means that any information provided by Kurrent Affair staff, people who appear on the Site at Kurrent Affair’s request, or other site users should not be used as a substitute for talking to your doctor first.

As a parent, you have the right to keep your children.

We take our responsibility to protect children’s privacy very seriously. As you may know, this Site is not for kids under 13. If we know that a person under 13 has given us their personal information, we don’t keep any of it.

Use of the Materials:

There are copyright laws in the United States and other countries that protect all of the Content on this Site. It’s OK if you use the Content for your own, non-commercial use, but you have to put a “2016, Kurrent Affair LLC. All rights reserved” and other copyright and property notices in the Content with it. To the extent that Kurrent Affair has unique rules about using certain software and other things, those rules are included in these Terms and Conditions.

Kurrent Affair or its licensors own the Content. You can’t do anything illegal with the Content on this Site. If you do, you could get in trouble for violating someone else’s copyright or trademark rights. Kurrent Affair has the right to change or stop any service or Content. This document does not give you any rights that Kurrent Affair or its licensors don’t already have. U.S. Patent No. 6,585,516 says some of the Content on this Site can be used, but not all.

You can’t use the Content if you break these rules. If you do, your permission to use the Content is immediately revoked, and all copies of any part of the Content must be quickly destroyed.

During this time, you can file any claims arising from your use of the Site, its Content, or its public areas. Under these terms and conditions, only a few things can be done.

The things that people post and the things that other people do.

Kurrent Affair’s Privacy Policy is responsible for the personal information you send to Kurrent Affair. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Kurrent Affair Privacy Policy, this Agreement will be the one that takes priority.

Users can post or upload Content and other information, such as comments or photos. They can also ask questions and leave reviews and other types of feedback (collectively referred to as “User Content” on the Site). Also, users can post User Content through our official brand presence on social media platforms and branded hashtags, such as Facebook and Twitter and Instagram, and Pinterest. These are called “Social Media Platforms” (collectively “Social Media Platforms”). We don’t want anyone to put anything online that violates someone else’s rights, so we don’t want you to post, upload, or send anything that does that. These Terms and Conditions and any other policies that apply to your posts in public areas and on social media platforms apply to your posts. For example, our Reviews Guidelines apply to your posts. If Kurrent Affair thinks that User Content doesn’t follow these Terms and Conditions or other rules like our Reviews Guidelines, we have the right to remove it. If you use the Public Areas or Social Media Platforms, you agree that any communications or user content you post there are not private and will not be kept private. Kurrent Affair is not responsible for any social media site’s terms of service or policy. To use a social media platform, you should first read its terms of service, regulations, and privacy policy.

Kurrent Affair has the right to remove, edit, or remove any content that violates the rights of any person or group, and you agree not to send or send any such content to Kurrent Affair through email or any other method (including through the email addresses indicated on the “Contact Us” page). In addition, any business ideas, concepts, or inventions you send to Kurrent Affair by email are not private.

Members of the public have sent in visual and audio media.

If you post something on the Kurrent Affair Site or a Social Media Platform, you must ensure that it doesn’t infringe on other people’s intellectual property rights. This includes trademarks and copyrights, as well as privacy and other rights. For example, photos of celebrities and cartoon characters are copyrighted by the people who own them in most cases.

To be kind, you agree not to send anything that includes personal information about yourself or anyone else (such as a name, phone number, email address, or URL to a web page). Likewise, it is against the law to post pictures or videos of other people on the internet unless they permit you.

If you post something on a social media site or the Kurrent Affair site, you promise and say that it’s OK for what you’re doing. Unfortunately, Kurrent Affair isn’t one of them. Posting a picture or video of someone else should only be done with their permission.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement, the advertising policy of Kurrent Affair, or the privacy policy of Kurrent Affair do not allow you to upload anything that could cause you to be sued for civil or criminal damages. All of these things are included but are not limited to images, videos, audio, and other types of files.

You can’t put viruses or other computer code, files, or programs on this Web site, and you can’t use this Web site or any other software that it interacts with.

You agree to give Kurrent Affair a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use the media and any material in the media for as long as you want. You also agree to let Kurrent Affair use any material in the media. If you are a minor, you also agree to let Kurrent Affair use the media and any material it includes. To use any media on the Kurrent Affair Site or a Social Media Platform like a photo or video, you agree to the following:

Kurrent Affair has the right to review any media submitted for inclusion on this website. Kurrent Affair can do this at any time and does not need to give any reason.

Kurrent Affair, for example, has a lot of ways to collect and store data. When you use Kurrent Affair, you are responsible for protecting your passwords and accounts from people who don’t belong to them. If you think your account or password has been stolen, or if you have any other reason to deactivate a password, you must tell Kurrent Affair as soon as you can. When you use Kurrent Affair, you give Kurrent Affair and any other people who help run the Site the right to use your personal information in any way they want to. At your own risk, you can use tools and services from Kurrent Affair. Kurrent Affair does not take responsibility for how any information is used or abused.

Content for End Users:

It’s your responsibility to keep your communications private and to think about what might happen if you post them in a public place, like blogs or our Physician Directory, or any social media platform you use. You are also solely responsible for how you use any communications found in the Public Areas or on any Social Media Platform. People who talk in public areas or on social media platforms aren’t liable for what they say to each other. If you are afraid or think someone else is in danger, call your local police department and report it. In a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 right away.

Following these rules is a big violation of these rules, so you agree not to use the Public Areas or Social Media Platforms anymore:

1. by using a public area or social media platform in a way that breaks local, state, national, or international law;
2. When someone posts Content that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights and privacy and anonymity.
3. It’s up to Kurrent Affair to decide whether or not a post is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or bad for the reputation of anyone else or an organization.
4. Placing ads for businesses or other forms of solicitation
5. You will be kicked out of the discussion as long as you keep posting comments that aren’t relevant to the subject, even after you get a warning, or if the debate is free-form.
6. Encouragement for people to join pyramid and chain letter schemes
7. The act of pretending to be someone else; pretending to be someone else
8. spreading computer code that can be bad, like a virus
9. Inappropriately getting other people’s data, like their email addresses, to comment or read them;
10. Enabling someone else to use your name to post or read comments on your behalf
11. When you post the same message many times, you’re “spamming.”
12. Kurrent Affair doesn’t want you to do anything else that makes it hard for other people to use or enjoy the Public Area, Social Media Platform, or the Site or that Kurrent Affair thinks puts Kurrent Affair or any of its customers or suppliers at risk of any kind.

It is important to follow the Kurrent Affair Review Guidelines when writing a review on the Physician Directory.

Indemnity:

Kurrent Affair and its affiliates and licensors will not be held liable for any claims, actions, or settlements that arise out of or are related to:

1. Your use of the Site.
2. Any User Content you post or upload.
3. Your use of or reliance on User Content.
4. Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

General:

There are two Kurrent Affair offices in New York City and Atlanta, Georgia. Kurrent Affair was founded in New York City. The company is in the United States of America. It’s not possible to use Kurrent Affair Health Manager or any other site in the Kurrent Affair Network if you live outside of the United States. In addition, some people or countries may not be able to see the Content. At your own risk, you are responsible for ensuring that you don’t break the law when you use the Kurrent Affair Network from outside the United States.

Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and the Agreement will all stay in place even if this Agreement isn’t renewed or changed.

Jurisdiction:

If you have a dispute with Kurrent Affair or the Kurrent Affair Site, you agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Georgia in connection with any such dispute. This includes any claim against Kurrent Affair or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, or any other person or entity involved with Kurrent Affair.

There is no conflict between Georgia’s internal substantive law and its conflict rules when it comes to the terms and conditions of a deal. A court of law will not affect the legality of the other parts of these Terms and Conditions, even if a certain part is illegal. Nothing in these terms and conditions would be interpreted as a promise to waive any other terms and conditions in the future.
